Knotice Ltd. debuted Concentri , personal relevance marketing software that lets marketers create and manage personalized marketing campaigns from a central console. The software allows consistent messaging to each consumer over e-mail, the Web or mobile channels.
The Akron-OH-based Knotice said it introduced the product to make marketing more relevant to consumers.
Concentri offers support for multichannel campaigns, relevant content serving over multiple channels and integration with CRM systems and marketing databases. It also does conversion tracking.
Knotice said Concentri does not require knowledge of HTML and lets non-technical users create e-mail and Web campaigns. The new product is targeted at marketing professionals, rather than technology experts.
Support for Concentri mobile campaigns is in beta and will be available in the fall.
