Delivery Assurance Specialist

As the Delivery Assurance Specialist, you will ensure the successful delivery of email campaigns sent through the Knotice platform. The Delivery Assurance Specialist monitors and analyses the campaigns daily and supports the technology and infrastructure that powers these functions. The person in this role will also research and resolve delivery issues and will work closely with customer support and account staff to field delivery escalations and provide subject matter expertise and will make recommendations for best practices on sender reputation and inbox deliverability, both internally and directly to clients. The Delivery Assurance Specialist will also investigate data and metrics as well as proactively identity any potential email deliverability concerns and word to provide optimal inbox placement for email campaigns. Technical skills

Support Specialist

As the Support Specialist, you will be responsible for working with internal and external customers to identify and troubleshoot issues, provide resolutions, and educate users about our proprietary software platform. The Specialist represents Knotice and is responsible for creating, maintaining, and expanding customer understanding of the platform, resolving tickets whenever possible, triaging issues and assigning to appropriate support resolution resources if escalation is required, and above all, providing excellent customer communication throughout the lifecycle of a support issue.

The Specialist will be immersed in the user experience, and will be expected to grow into an expert on all aspects of Knotice’s product offerings, both current and forthcoming. The Specialist will also be expected to have thorough knowledge of the different ways in which Knotice customers use Knotice products.

The Specialist will also work with the Platform Quality and the Development Teams to describe new use cases for the software, provide feedback on possible improvements, track bugs, and provide accurate and efficient customer support.

The Specialist should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and >2 years’ experience in customer service, training, or support. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with interactive or online marketing
  • Passion for customer service
  • An eye for troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting web services, DNS, C#, ASP.NET, and/or databases will be especially advantageous

Accounting Clerk

The Accounting Clerk assists in the monthly billing process, performs the account payable function and manages cash receipts.

What you'll be doing

  • Act as the centralized control point for all vendor bills, expense reports, and corporate credit card statements.
  • Track and manage electronic receipt of vendor bills and approved purchase requests.
  • Generates Purchase orders in Netsuite in accordance with company policy.
  • Ensures that all vendor invoices are properly coded, approved, and entered in Netsuite accounting software in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain prepaid Amortization schedules.
