Richard S. Grimm
Mr. Grimm is an experienced business professional and entrepreneur. He is currently retired. Prior to retirement, he ran several portfolio companies for venture capital firms. Before working with VC's, he lead the development of Technicare Corporation as CEO. Technicare was located in Solon, Ohio. During the 1970's, Technicare was the market leader in medical diagnostic imaging equipment and was sold to Johnson & Johnson in 1979. Prior to Technicare Grimm was a consultant at McKinsey & Co.
Mike Carlton
Mr. Carlton founded and owns Carlton Associates, a consulting firm that focuses on marketing and communication agency business issues and other management challenges. For 25 years he served in various agency functions, including general management and ownership in a 150-person marcom shop. He was also a co-founder of 600 Monkeys.
John Lane
Mr. Lane has 30 years of financial, business and technology experience. A partner with Inglewood Associates, Lane consults with numerous middle-market and entrepreneurial companies on a variety of financial matters. Prior to Inglewood, Lane was the Managing Director of The Revere Group-Cleveland, an IT and business consulting firm; and a partner at Price Waterhouse, serving for nineteen years. While there, he provided negotiation strategies for acquisitions and IPO's.
